Do you ship worldwide?
Yes I love to ship my items all over the world.
Caz’s Creations is based in the UK but I am more than happy to ship worldwide.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the order. Please add your items to the shipping basket and select your country to calculate the shipping cost.
UK Shipping
Items weighing under 100g i.e buttons, charms etc. will be shipped via 1st class Royal Mail. This service has an estimated delivery time of 1 to 2 working days but this can increase during busy times such as Christmas and around Bank Holidays. Please see Royal Mail website for more information.
Items weighing over 100g will be shipped via courier. This option comes with tracking. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.

Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Air Mail.
Estimate delivery time for Europe is 3-5 working days and for the Rest of the World is 5-7 working days. These are estimates only and can increase during busy times such as Christmas and around Bank Holidays. Please see Royal Mail website for more accurate up to date information.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery times are estimated only and supplied by the delivery companies. Please allow extra time during busy periods and also for customs clearance in appropriate countries.
UK – Orders under 100g within 1-2 working days. Orders over 100g within 3-5 working days.
Europe within 3-5 working days
Rest of the world within 5-7 working days
My parcel hasn’t arrived
I am sorry to hear your parcel has been delayed. Please see estimated delivery times to make sure you have allowed enough time for arrive. Parcels weighing over 100g sent within the UK have tracking so please contact me so we can locate the parcel.
Please check with your local sorting/delivery office or with your neighbours to see if the parcel is with them. In must cases the parcel has been returned to your local sorting/delivery office as no one was home when the postman has attempted delivery.
Royal Mail doesn’t case a parcel missing until 4 weeks has past.
If after trying the above you still unable to locate your parcel please contact me so I can help further investigate.
Can I collect my order?
Please contact me for more information on local collection/drop off from the Swindon area.
How do I cancel my order?
Please contact me as soon as possible for you wish to cancel your order.
Unfortunately once the order has been dispatched it cannot be recalled so you will have to wait for delivery and return the order in its original condition for a refund. Please see section - I want to return my order

If you wish to return your order please complete the returns request form below. Please return the items in their original unopened condition. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for postage cost if you wish to return the items due to a change of mind.

Firstly I apologise your item has arrived in this condition. I try to take every effort to ensure my items are in excellent condition before they are dispatched and I try to package them as securely as I can. If you wish to return your order or request a refund, please complete the form below.
